Admin Services

The Administrative Services Division provides a support system for this department in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management and Fire Communications. Human Resources Management consists of payroll, position control, processing of disciplinary actions, and the acquisition and orientation of new employees. Additionally, this division oversees personnel transactions including hiring, promotions, step increases, and personnel transfers. Administrative Management includes maintaining personnel files, storing and retrieving electronic personnel data, monitoring and updating standards, policies and procedures, and receiving and disseminating information. Administrative Services manages all legal activities, responsibilities and requirements for the department.
