The following is a list of the services that the Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service provides to the citizens through the Public Education Bureau:

 “Get Alarmed Birmingham”
(Free smoke alarms, a fire safety coloring book and an interactive fire safety game while supplies lasts)  Smoke Alarm Awareness and Distribution

These services are intended to create a fire and life safety consciousness throughout the community, our goal being to reduce the number of fire deaths occurring annually.
